Due to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic, City Hall has been closed to the public effective March 23rd 2020.  On Monday March 30th 2020 City Hall has been closed down for two days March 31st and April 1st, we are awaiting the test results for an city employee regarding COVID-19.  Great news our employee tested negative for the virus.  Please call us at 325-692-8588 for further instructions. Phones are being answered.

If you need to make a water payment, you may do so by using the drop box, located to the right of the main door to City Hall. You may also use the online bill pay located above under the "Online Services" tab.  Please have your water bill with you when using the online bill pay to ensure you have the correct account number.  Payments may also be made by phone.

Please stay home if you are feeling sick and contact your medical provider if you feel you need to be tested.  

If you are in a job that is essential you are allowed to travel to that job.  You are allowed to travel to the store in order to pick-up supplies.  Avoid mass gatherings. Please see the Governor's order below.

Election Notice - Due to COVID-19 the May Election has been postponed until November.  Governor Abbott declared that Cities with May Elections could opt to move them to November.  The Tye City Council took action on March 23rd to move the Election to November.
